Yes, we’re mobile-based so we’d clean clean the exterior of your vehicle at your home, apartment, or work location. What kind of wax do you use?

We have a few brands we use like Meguiar's, Chemical Guys or Carpro. So it comes down to what we’re working on and what we decide is best fitting. Our go-to choice is Meguiar's M2716,

How long will the wax last?

It’s all depends how you store your car. If it’s garaged at work and at home 80% of the time, then it can last between four to six months. If you have your car sitting out in the sun, cold, and rain 100% of the time, then maybe you can get three months out of it.

Also, if you wash your car with dish soap, then you’ll start stripping the protective layer of wax off your paint.

Do you need access to water?

If we’re working at your home location, we’ll use the water spigot you have. If we’re working at an apartment or your work location, we will bring our own water supply with us. Regardless, we can get the job done!

Does this remove scratches from my paint?

Applying a wax will hide the micro-light swirls and scratches in your paint. They’re essentially “filled in” with the wax which creates more shine. So technically it does hide the reallllly light scratches, but it does not actually remove any of them.

Nonetheless, your paint will look much glossier because the wax creates a more “flat” surface.

How long does your service typically take?

The duration of our service varies based on your vehicle's size and condition. Generally, it can range from 2 to 5 hours for completion. Do you remove seats during detailing?

We assess the need to remove seats based on the condition of your vehicle's interior. Typically, for regular interior cleaning jobs (which make up 99% of our services), seat removal isn't necessary. Our advanced tools are designed to reach and clean even the most challenging areas effectively.

Will there be a chemical smell left in my car post-service?

Absolutely not. We prioritize using gentle products that leave your interior clean and odor-free. You won't experience any lingering chemical odors once we complete our detailing process.

What tools and products do you use for detailing?

We utilize a wide range of professional tools and high-quality products to ensure thorough and effective detailing. Our arsenal includes extractors, polishers, steamers, various brushes, and more. We rely on trusted brands such as Shiny Supply, Proper Care, Griot’s Garage, Meguiar’s, among others, to deliver exceptional results.

How long does it take for seats and carpets to dry after detailing?

The drying time depends on external factors like temperature and humidity. In warm and low-humidity conditions, your vehicle's interior can be approximately 85% dry by the end of our service. However, in colder or wet weather, drying may take longer. We strive to expedite the drying process before you retrieve your vehicle.

Can you guarantee the removal of all stains?

While we possess extensive expertise, tools, and products to tackle most stains effectively, complete stain removal isn't always guaranteed. Factors such as stain type and material can influence the outcome. We approach each situation with utmost care and professionalism, aiming to achieve the best possible results.
